Surrey Heartlands are providing swab testing in-line with national guidelines. To be eligible you must have been contacted by the CCG and or your Manager with details of which test to register for.

If you are unsure of the test your eligible for please contact your manager for guidance Do Not Register unless your directed to or your request will be rejected.
